The purpose of the MIBCO Assist module is to provide users with a reconciliation report based on their own data to be compared with the MIBCO report produced by MIBCO to identify the differences between the two reports.

MIBCO Assist must be selected from the Optional Functions screen.

The differences will usually relate to issues such as;

  • New employees
  • Employee terminations
  • Changes in remuneration (wage increases)
  • Changes in job codes (such as apprentices qualifying as artisans)
  • Changes in union membership
  • Changes in other funds (medical aid, etc.)

The MIBCO report is selected to match the periods set by MIBCO and is selected as follows;

The following report will then be produced;

NOTE: The example above shows that only some remuneration data has been fully captured and as such is nt a true reflection of an actual real time report but simply an example of what information can be provided.

If you have selected to use MIBCO Assist you must load all your staff members, even management and administration staff you do not require to clock since their details are still required by MIBCO.
