Which staff members you load on the system and what level of detail you load will depend on how you intend using the system.

If it is your intention merely to use it to record clocking times of those staff members you wish to control then that is in order. (In this case do not tick “Use MIBCO Recon Assist” in the Optional Functions screen.)

Should you wish to use the MIBCO Assist feature you must load all your staff members (you can still select who need to clock – this is done at the individual staff level) and you must complete each staff member’s complete remuneration record.

The current UIF “cut-off” earnings level is set in the “Time Control” screen and must be updated as and when SARS sets a new ceiling. If this is not done the UIF company contributions value used in the Hourly Cost to Company will be incorrect.
