The Clocking Report is the heart of the system as it provides the key data used to input actual hours worked into the payroll system and make payment accordingly.

The report is accessed from the Staff Clock Record screen by clicking on the "Clocking Report" button and then selecting the required period (as seen below);

NOTE:  Every time a Clocking Report is run the data contained in the report will be Validated and locked, preventing any further changes or deletions.  The purpose is to ensure the data on ioClock will match the data loaded onto any payroll system

As can be seen the report can either be produced for a full pay month or for a specific period (select "Dates Entered") with the report period spanning the start and end dates entered.

The system can also provide an "Overtime Worked" report which will indicate approved overtime hours, overtime hours in excess of that approved or time worked without any approval (see example in Overtime help);

The Clocking Report is shown below (note the Bonus Payment Due with Months as indicated);

NOTE:  If the MIBCO Assist feature is selected the system will check each employee that does not have “Additional Holiday Pay” recorded on his/her remuneration screen and will then indicate that employee’s anniversary month (holiday bonus month) on the monthly clocking report.

In the example above Mr Whitehouse is an artisan and as such does not qualify for the Compulsory Bonus.

The user can also request a complete 12 month clocking report per individual to check for absenteeism in order to reduce the employee’s bonus in accordance with the MIBCO agreement. (The bonus may be reduced by one fifty-second for each week in which the employee does not work his full shifts.)
