If 'Use MIBCO Reconciliation Assist" or "Load Employee Income Details" was selected on the Optional Functions screen the following screen will be enabled which will require that full income details be loaded for each employee;



The information recorded here will be used to compare information on the return received from MIBCO (any differences will indicate changes in employment or benefits which will then require updating the MIBCO return) but will also provide the management with an accurate total hourly cost that this particular employee costs the company, inclusive of all employee contributions to SARS, providend funds, medical benefit, levies, etc.
