Flexi-Time, Shift Workers and Part Time Workers


These are referred throughout the system as "Non-standard" employees.


The Default Setup sets the default settings for all the standard employees.


There is however a growing demand for taking on employees who either work part time (only some days a week or shorter hours per day) or shift work where their start and end times as well as their tea and lunch breaks differ from the standard hours.


This module will permit the user to set up a very specific profile for each employee selected as "Non-standard"


The following can be selected;

  • Specific days of the week to work e.g. "Monday", "Thursday" & "Sunday"  (Note: if  "Sunday" is selected as a "normal" work day it will not result in double time payment.)        
  • Individualised start and end times (can differ for each selected day)
  • Individualised tea and lunch breaks  (can differ for each selected day)


Once the profile has been set up the Clocking system will only load the staff member on the daily "Staff Clock Record" on the days set in the profile.
