System conventions
ioCash applies the following conventions;
- Use the Tab button to move from field to field - NOT the Enter button
- Fields with a background colour as shown below are "Read Only" fields and no data can be entered.
- Browse screens display data sorted in a variety of ways depending on the data categories involved. Where different sort criteria is available the screen will have a "Sort Display" button which when clicked on, will list the different options available;
these icons can be clicked on to receive pertinent information about a specific screen or function.
- ioCash will only function correctly once the system defaults have been set up and the financial calendar files have been created.
- ioCash creates it's own data files in the same directory in which the .exe file is located.
DO NOT therefore attempt to load the .exe file on multiple PCs as each PC will then create its own set of data files.
