To process any period depreciation the following screen is used;

This is a three stage process;

1. Calculate the period values -  once completed the "Completed" box will be ticked
2. Print the period report -  once completed the "Completed" box will be ticked
3. Creatye a Pastel export batch -  once completed the "Completed" box will be ticked

If you need to redo any of these processes simply untick the relevant Completed box in the  Systems Defaults  screen.
